Unfortunately you missed a few sure-fire success genres:
"Random Half-Anime Characters Run Through a Futuristic City With No Specific Point In Mind (Set to Overbearing Techno Music)",
"Four White College Age Males Get Into Wacky Situations Sans Body Movement", and "Music Videos of the Exact Same Techno/Hip-Hop/Pop Song That Remains Popular For a Month and a Half."

Still, good stuff. Be careful with part 3, if you have any plans to make it. You're toying with powerful forces here, and by that I mean the frail egos of sun-deprived teenage boys.

Eh

It was pretty mediocre. The characters aren't interesting to look at, the animation couldn't have been simpler, and I have no idea what the hell it was supposed to actually be about. Your animation is okay, but you really need to work on your storytelling ability if you want to make a name for yourself.

Also, it looks kind of conceited the way you act like a popular, uber-talented artist. You're not bad by any means, but it's a turn-off for most people if you compliment yourself all the time.

I think this movie would've been more effective if you hadn't used a boring old guy and a middle-aged woman with a bag over her head as guitarists. The graphics were nice and all, but what the hell were you thinking when you designed the characters?

It also doesn't help that you acted like a presumptuous cock in your movie description.

Holy anal seepage

I'm pretty sure that's the damn sexiest thing I've seen all night. The normal Newgrounds fare is usually so shoddily pieced together that I end up closing the browser halfway through, but I kept on watching this one until the end. Then again, I shouldn't have expect anything less from Blue2.

Wow

Fantastic artwork and animation, especially for somebody who's never had prior training before. After seeing the portal flooded with more stick fights and Final Fantasy parodies than I care to remember, it's very refreshing to watch a piece as meticulously written and crafted as this one. Decent pencil-and-paper animations don't show up often on the Internet, and it's even more rare to find one with an interesting and humorous story to go with it.

My only gripe was with the sub-par sound quality (a shame, since the voice acting was top-notch). If you're planning on doing more of these, you've got to buy one which lessens background interference. Some backgrounds wouldn't hurt, as well.

Overall, great job. It'd be nice to see more of these in the Portal.

Thanks, another great review. I do plan on getting a program so that I may add backrounds (with out one, I'd have to trace backround stuff for every frame, and that would be impossible). As for the sound I really wish I could have used a better mic, but I just can't afford it. First comes the program, then I buy a better mic. Thanks again.

This kind of movie has been done before, but that doesn't stop it from being enjoyable. There's some particularly painful-looking deaths there, and I can tell you put some effort into this, even if it's not totally original. It was a good little time-killer overall.
